Purpose of the App

ANFORVIX is an enterprise device management agent used by authorized organizations to enroll, configure, secure, monitor, and manage organization-owned Android devices.

The App may be used to:

  • Enroll organization-owned devices;
  • Apply enterprise security policies;
  • Configure device settings;
  • Manage approved business applications;
  • Monitor device compliance status;
  • Support dedicated device or kiosk use cases;
  • Help protect organization-owned devices and business data.

The App is used only for enterprise compliance and device management purposes.

This App is designed only for enterprise device management purposes. It is intended to be used on Android devices that are owned, provided, or controlled by an organization. This App is not intended for personal consumer use or unmanaged personal devices.

Information We Collect

To provide enterprise device management services, the App may collect and process the following types of device-related information.

Device Information

The App may collect device information such as:

  • Device model;
  • Device manufacturer;
  • Android version;
  • Operating system version;
  • Device enrollment status;

Device Identifiers

The App may collect and upload device identifiers required for enterprise enrollment, device recognition, compliance control, and device lifecycle management. This may include:

  • IMEI or MEID, where available, permitted, and required for organization-owned device management;
  • Enrollment ID;
  • Device management ID;
  • Device registration token.

These identifiers are used only to identify and manage organization-owned managed devices.

Application Information

The App may collect information about applications installed on the managed device when required for enterprise device management. This may include:

  • Installed application package names;
  • Application version numbers;
  • Application installation status;
  • Managed application status;
  • Required or restricted application compliance status.

This information is used to verify whether the device complies with the organization's application management policy.

The App does not collect application information for advertising, marketing, or personal profiling.

Location Information

The App may collect device location information only if the organization enables location-related management features and only when required for enterprise device management, compliance, asset protection, logistics, lost-device handling, or other legitimate organization-owned device management purposes.

Location information may include:

  • Approximate location;
  • Precise location, if enabled and permitted;
  • Last known device location.

If location collection is not enabled by the organization, the App does not collect device location information. Location data is not used for advertising or personal profiling.

Management Logs and Compliance Events

The App may collect management logs and compliance events, such as:

  • Device enrollment events;
  • Policy application results;
  • Device compliance check results;
  • Managed app installation or removal events;
  • Security policy violations;
  • Administrative command execution status;
  • Error logs required for troubleshooting.

These logs are used only for enterprise device management, compliance, security, support, and audit purposes.

The App may upload device information, device identifiers, application information, location information, network status, and compliance logs to the organization's authorized device management server or enterprise management platform.

All uploaded data is used only for enterprise compliance and device management purposes.

Data transmission is protected using secure communication methods such as HTTPS/TLS.

Data Sharing

We do not sell user data. We do not share collected data with advertisers or advertising networks.

When a device is unenrolled, retired, reassigned, or removed from management, related data may be deleted, anonymized, or retained only where necessary for audit, compliance, security, or legal purposes.

Children's Privacy

This App is not intended for children or for personal consumer use.

We do not knowingly collect children's personal information for consumer purposes.
